Amazing location close to the city center.

Wonderful friendly staff and spacious rooms with an adequate kitchen, everything spotless.

The area is convenient for the station but a bit uncertain, especially after dark. Hotel security arrangements, however, are excellent.

The location of the hotel was exceptional - within walking distance of a grand neoclassical palace. It also was very close to train station.

thank you for a very good stay. the hotel is stylish with exceptional and welcoming staff and city views. excellent service, they provide a private parking and free wi-fi. the pool is heated and there is a sauna.

Good value for money...hotel staff were excellent and spoke fluent English which made it much easier.Very close proximity to Railway station and local shopps/bars.

Great spot since the train station is just a short walk away from here! They serve a wide range of yummy breakfast options. 🥐 Plus, you can enjoy a heated pool and there's parking available on-site.

The hotel is situated in the Red Light district of Toulouse which is a very sadand depressed area. Protitutes work outside the hotel most of the day. Drunks live in the streets nearby. The streets are covered in vomit. Breakfast is supplied to the room but is not fresh and of low quality. Geometry of the appartment is very poor, no space between furniture, doors open wrong way. No ventilation and so whole complex smells of cooking.

It's an Apart-Hotel. To have the kitchen was very convenient. The hotel is nice and clean and I would come back again. Free wi-fi is a big difference. Staff was excellent.

Nice staff. Exceptionally good views over Toulouse skyline. - Everything is wonderful. - Its rooms are elegant and fairly quiet for a lovely stay for 44 nights

I loved the staff - very friendly and helpfull. The room is big, with kitchen and a small living room. Bathroom is OK - good shower :-)

Location near Gare de Toulouse Matabiau SNFC Station. Staff speaks good english! Internet, sauna room and gym room is for free.

People were very polite and helpful for information. It's a nice hotel to spend a night close to the railstation.

Christell at the reception was very nice and helpful.

No cold water in the shower. We told that at the reception but the lady said there is nothing they can do! So we could shower only two-tree minutes at the time before the water got too hot. Very tricky during a 5 nights visit.
